SNAP-8 Dosing Protocols
| Goal | Dose | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Initial Phase (Weeks 1-4) | 0.33mg (330mcg) | 1x daily |
| Mid-Phase (Weeks 5-8) | 0.5mg (500mcg) | 1x daily |
| Target Phase (Weeks 9-12) | 1.0mg (1000mcg) | 1x daily |
Reconstitution Steps
- 01 Allow vial to reach room temperature
- 02 Clean vial top with alcohol swab; allow to dry
- 03 Draw 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water into syringe
- 04 Inject water slowly down inside wall to minimize foaming
- 05 Gently swirl vial—do NOT shake vigorously
- 06 Allow complete dissolution (clear solution)
- 07 Final concentration: ~3.33 mg/mL
- 08 Store reconstituted solution at 2-8°C; use within 30 days
