Source: Underground/Research Peptide Vendor Injection Route: Subcutaneous (abdomen) Initial Reconstitution * 50 mg GHK-Cu * 2 mL bacteriostatic water * Final concentration: 25 mg/mL Initial Dose * 1 mg (0.04 mL / 4 IU, U-100 insulin syringe) Observed Reaction * Burning sensation began approximately 5 minutes post-injection. * Burning persisted for approximately 8 hours. * Mild localized tenderness at the injection site. * No erythema, swelling, induration, or palpable nodule observed. Intervention * Added an additional 2 mL bacteriostatic water to the same vial. * Total reconstitution volume: 4 mL. * New concentration: 12.5 mg/mL. Repeat Dose * 1 mg (0.08 mL / 8 IU, U-100 insulin syringe) Observed Outcome * No burning sensation following injection. * No post-injection tenderness. * No visible local reaction observed during the first 20 minutes after injection. Interpretation * Reduction in concentration from 25 mg/mL to 12.5 mg/mL was associated with complete resolution of the injection-site burning in this individual while maintaining the same 1 mg dose.
